1. Eligibility & Account Limits

• Reducing bet size by more than 80% following a significant win
• Placing bets on both outcomes in dual-result games, such as red and black in Roulette

• Targeting high-RTP games in order to reduce the house edge
• Focusing exclusively on bonus rounds without making meaningful progress toward overall wagering
• Using automated or scripted tools to exploit bonus offers

3. Bonus Structure & Wagering Guidelines

All bonuses operate under the UTC time zone.

4. Bonus Usage & Withdrawals

Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all wagering requirements have been fully met.

Real money funds are always used before bonus funds.

If bonus funds are depleted, the bonus is considered forfeited.

If a bonus expires before wagering is completed, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and winnings being voided.

An active bonus may be cancelled at any time without affecting your deposited funds.

A bonus is considered void when the bonus balance falls to £0.05 or below, or the equivalent in cryptocurrency.

Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked.

Players may choose to opt out of receiving bonuses at any time.

Intentionally delaying bonus features, such as holding free spins without actively wagering, is not permitted and may result in winnings being voided.

Withdrawals of bonus winnings may be subject to identity and payment method verification.

5. Cashout Limits

The maximum cashout from the Welcome offer is £5,000 / €5,000 / $5,000 / USDT 5,000 or the equivalent in your currency. For cryptocurrency users, the maximum cashout is limited to twice the value of the initial deposit. Any amount exceeding this limit may be voided.

The maximum win from Welcome offer free spins is £300 / €300 / $300 / USDT 300 or the currency equivalent.

Unless stated otherwise, winnings from any deposit bonus are capped at £5,000 / €5,000 / $5,000 / USDT 5,000. For cryptocurrency users, the GBP equivalent is calculated at the time of cashout. Any winnings above this cap will be forfeited.

Using bonus funds solely to trigger bonus features and then switching to real funds to complete them is strictly forbidden. Any winnings obtained in this manner may be voided.

6. Currency Conversions

8. No Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins

If you have not yet made a deposit at SpinShark and receive a No Deposit Bonus or No Deposit Free Spins, any resulting winnings will be capped at £200 / €200 / $200 / USDT 200 or the currency equivalent. Any winnings above this amount will be forfeited, including those generated through subsequent play using the redeemed bonus winnings.
