Player Account Use
Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You must not share account access with any third party, including minors.

Anti-Fraud Policy

The Casino reserves the right to close a player’s account and refund the remaining balance — minus applicable withdrawal fees — at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.

The Casino does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. If a security check reveals a violation of this rule, any winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit returned to the rightful account owner. The Casino accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of third-party deposits.
Please note that due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to transactions made via the CoinsPaid payment system. If you wish to set deposit limits for responsible gambling purposes, please use an alternative payment method.

Maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the payment method selected. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a given payment system, the funds will be paid out in instalments.
The Casino reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal and may place a hold on payments during this process. If false personal information is provided, the withdrawal may be declined and the account terminated. You will be notified of such action by email at [email protected].
Please be aware that even in supported countries, the Casino cannot guarantee successful credit card payment processing in all cases, as issuing banks may block or decline such transactions at their own discretion.
The Website’s internal operating currency is the Euro. If you transact in another currency, the amount charged to your card may be slightly higher than displayed at the time of the transaction, due to currency conversion by your bank or the Casino’s payment processor.
All bank transfer payouts are processed within 5–7 banking days. Please note that bank transfers are not available for USD withdrawals.
Withdrawals via bank transfer may, in exceptional circumstances, be subject to additional charges from intermediary banks. These charges are beyond the Casino’s control and are capped at the equivalent of EUR 16.

If your winnings exceed 30,000 GBP/EUR/USD/CAD/AUD, the Casino reserves the right to pay out the amount in monthly instalments of up to 30,000 until the full sum has been paid.
Daily profit cap (excluding progressive jackpot wins):
- VIP users: 50,000 GBP / EUR / USD (or equivalent)
- Non-VIP users and those on a VIP trial: 25,000 GBP / EUR / USD (or equivalent)
If your profits exceed the applicable cap within a 24-hour period (00:00–23:59 UTC), any additional bets placed during that period will be void and the staked amounts returned. If a single bet takes your profits over the limit, you will be paid up to the applicable cap, and any excess may be voided at the Casino’s discretion.
Please note that the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account will not accrue interest, and no currency conversion or exchange services will be provided.
Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if the account was accessed by an unauthorised third party.
Refund Processing: Credit card refunds will be processed up to the total amount deposited. Any amount exceeding the deposit will be refunded via alternative methods. Bonuses and winnings will be deducted from your balance before a refund is issued. High-risk credit card transactions may be refunded and reported to the relevant authorities. Any costs incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the user.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login). A monthly maintenance fee of £10 (or the equivalent in your currency) will be applied to any dormant account with a positive balance. This fee will continue to be charged until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
